Overview

GasTag is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or usage analytics. Your gas readings and labels stay on your device.

Data Collection

We collect no data. The GasTag app does not:

Collect personal information
Track your location
Use analytics or tracking services
Require account creation
Send data to any servers

Bluetooth Usage

GasTag uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to:

Connect to the GasTag Bridge hardware to receive gas readings
Connect to your Brother label printer to print tank labels

Bluetooth connections are made only with devices you explicitly choose to pair with. No data is transmitted over the internet.

Local Storage

Gas readings and analysis history are stored locally on your iPhone. This data is not backed up to iCloud and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

The GasTag app does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

GasTag does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
